Ireland/Northern Ireland Deliveries

Here at WE ARE MALENA, Fastway is our mode of shipping for all orders. We offer €4/€6.50 for standard shipping. 

Your order will be dispatched from our Dublin warehouse within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-order items. You should expect your parcel within 1-3 working days, depending on your location. Fastway will deliver straight to your door, however if undeliverable a calling card will be placed in your letter box to notify you that your courier will organise another delivery or that your parcel is ready to collect in the nearest Fastway depot. 

International Deliveries
WE ARE MALENA delivers all international orders using An Post. We offer €6.50/ €10 for international orders. 

You should expect to receive your order within 4-10 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. WE ARE MALENA are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc. 

Orders to the USA may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Orders over the USA duties threshold value will be subject to duties and taxes. WE ARE MALENA takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the USA. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. If your package is subject to duties and taxes you will be contacted to advise of the taxes that have been applied and request payment. Once payment is received the goods will be released for delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.
